According to the town's coffee table book, the first boulevard was commissioned in 1903 after the existence of Rákócszi Street (Rákócszi Út).
In those days, writer Zigmond Móricz commented : "This is the most beautiful street in the whole country."
This boulevard lost its importance as time goes by; the good news is, it has been renewed and finished work in 2012. People of the town and tourists alike could start to appreciate the beautiful architecture in the new light again.

Some old tiles found nicely stacked behind the Calvinist Church.
Is it a sign that the tiles will be reuse again? Am not sure,
but every time I passed this way, the colours always catch my attention.

Entering the Mini Kávézó makes you forget that it is cold and gray outside.
As this is quite new and our first time here, I was taking in the decor.
as you see, it is more of girls' cafe!
Overall experience : Ate a nice piece of apple cream cake & reasonably good milked coffee.

In my archive I found this photo yet to be posted, perhaps due to lack of info. on this figure found at the top of the town halll building. I believe this is the highest point of the building; directly above the bells which ring through out the day.
The figure is called Árpad Vezér. More info could be found at the link http://www.kozterkep.hu/~/6694/#
Mental Note :- I shall remember to record an audio and share with you here.
