More wear and tear shots, I'm afraid..
I was hesitant to post this as it is just so depressing to see the town hall not in the best of shape. The appearance of wear and tear normally intensify in winter months when the walls are wet and every "imperfection" could be seen.

Hi Kris, yes indeed the park view I showed on the 24th is the same tree walk I showed in different weather on the 14th. Well spotted.
And I agree with you. Urban neglect seems more apparent in winter, when nature is hiding and weather is grey. Poor little town hall.
