#365/365 Slow down
I'm sure it has been non-stop shopping, eating and travelling for most of us this season. On the last day, all I wanted was just to sip coffee at the near by café. No grocery list, no buying gifts, nothing. Just me and my coffee..oh and my husband by my side :)
By the way, I feel so proud to have posted 365 photos for the first time this year since this blog established in 2007!!
Lastly, I'd like to wish everyone Be Happy and Healthy! Happy New Year 2014!!

At the Christmas market..
This flat bread stall was designed to look like a rural kitchen; which I find very charming. On the wall are smoked sausages.

#342/365 That time of year again
For Christmas tree, we have a synthetic one because of easy maintenance. In saying that, I do see the appeal of choosing a real tree every year. Maybe one year we should get one...when I can get over the shedding.

#341/365 Fresh fish
On Christmas day, it is a tradition to serve fish soup on the Hungarian table. To cater to this demand, live fish is already available in the market for the freezer.

#337/365 Blank walls are criminal
When shopping for xmas gifts, we found this huge canvas at out local DIY store. Personally I love street art; and we have blank walls that need art work to make it look complete. Then again, I'm afraid it is not to everyone's taste. To buy or not to buy?

#330/365 Cross
I lost count on how many crosses we have just around the town centre. What attracted me to this particular cross is that it is humble and not gilded like many others.

#321/365 Ice skating rink?
Since yesterday morning, these men have been slowly building something at the "zero metre" mark.
Today we were there again to have a closer inspection. Still no clue; but judging from the materials, my guess was it's going to be an ice skating rink for the winter season. My husband has his doubt.. As usual in such situation, we normally ended up with a bet of who wins the correct guess. Let's hope I win the 6 euros!

#320/365 Hints of autumn
Believe it or not, just in front of this shanty kind of building, is a famous bakery; which we've only heard of but never knew where it is located. There was a long cue of people waiting to collect their cakes; while I use the time to capture some hints of autumn.
