kætʃ.kæ.meɪt Kecske means “goat” ; while mét refers to “district ” in Hungarian. Kecskemét – the capital of Bács-Kiskun County – fusing all the beauty and values of the Great Plain is situated in the middle of Hungary, approximately 85 kms from Budapest.

Commemorating
Children / Pupils all over presented their handi-craft decorated with the national colours today at the main square. I had a nice time observing particularly a mini-windmill design ; which was turning beatifully when the wind blows.
The event is to commemorate the Hungarian Revolution of 1848 (March 15).
