kætʃ.kæ.meɪt
Kecske means “goat” ; while mét refers to “district ” in Hungarian.
Kecskemét – the capital of Bács-Kiskun County – fusing all the beauty and values of the Great Plain is situated in the middle of Hungary, approximately 85 kms from Budapest.
Well I would certainly love to explore this place! Many famous, influential photographers came from Hungary, including my very favorite, André Kertesz. I imagine this museum has a section devoted purely to him. What a great way to spend an afternoon!
